We believe what the church has always believed! As a part of that belief, we have outlined a modern Tenet of Faith for our body. In addition, we adhere to the Apostle's Creed and Nicean Creed as adopted by the Early New Testament Church. As a contemporary Christian Church we adhere to an evangelical, full gospel tenet of faith. You can read our entire Tenet of Faith here, The Apostles Creed This first creed adopted by the early New Testament church to express our faith in one paragraph is as follows: I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; he descended to the dead .On the third day he rose again; he ascended into heaven, he is seated at the right hand of the Father, and he will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit ,the true Body of Christ around the world ,the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen. |
